Have you ever been a on a trip that you thought was gonna be really cool, but ended up being a complete and total disaster?
Heh, well, it's happened to me more than once, let alone just a few hours ago. I went on a boat to go whale watching today. I thought it was gonna be really fun, seeing the whales and otters. But, I've never been on a boat in my life, so I didn't know the likelyness to get sea sick. I didn't think I would end up sick, even though I've gotten sick just driving around in a car and almost threw up on the "Tilt-A-Whirl" at the fair. Well, let's just say my self-confidence of not throwing up didn't amount to anything. By the time we were about 6 miles out to sea, this little girl behind me started throwing up in a little plastic bag.. My mistake was looking back at her...and then I instantly grabbed a bag myself and started throwing up. I learned a big lesson today: Never go on boats if you're able to get sick in a car.
Well, that was my little story of a trip gone awry. Everybody's welcome to share theirs', if they have one.^-^

Problem? Sun burn... ONE HELL OF A LOT!
It hurt so much, I couldn't go on the rides XP

That really sucks, sorry for the pain amaku.
I just came back from a trip to Mesa Verde and Lake Powell. We camped five nights in a row. At lake Powell there were thousans of bugs all over, and the ground was covered by thorns. I got three charley horses in one leg, sun burnt the tops of my feet, had a canopy role over me while i was sleeping, cut my knee when i got up after the canopy had gone over me, and almost passed out while stumbleing through a desert back to our camp site. On the last night of the trip we got to stay in a hotel, and man, that bed was the highlight of the trip. For the last five nights before that, i had been sleeping basically on rocks.
That was the best trip i have ever been on...Yeah right!!
